Shipping Methods

We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days) to most destinations worldwide. Orders over ¥1000 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries globally. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status in your Locker Room (account) at any time.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within stated timeframes, please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
