Orders & Payment
Once your order ships, you can track it in real-time using just your Order Number on our Tracking Page.
Orders are processed quickly. You have a 1-hour window to contact support for modifications. Customized items cannot be modified once production begins.
Shipping & Customs
Absolutely not. We offer a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. We cover all import taxes, so there are zero hidden fees upon delivery.
Standard global shipping takes 7-14 business days. Expedited DHL/FedEx takes 3-7 business days. Customized items need an extra 3-5 days for production.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed standard items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized jerseys (with player names/numbers) are final sale and cannot be returned.
